All personal training sessions require payment at least 24 hours prior to the time of the personal training session.

Personal Training sessions are non-refundable. Prepaid sessions are non-transferable to other people.

​If you purchase a package with Beth, there is no worry about having that credit be flexible. If you start with 1/2 hour sessions and you decide you would like to switch to 1 hour sessions, you can use the remaining credit/unused half-hour session to go towards your hourly package.

You set your pace! There is no pressure or requirement to use you sessions within anything shorter than 1 year from purchase–the credit expires after 1 year. If you need help figuring out a pace that feels best for you, Beth is happy to help. This pace can be readjusted at any point in your training with her.
