WHY I OPENED ATTUNE FITNESS:

"After over 25 years of working as a Personal Trainer and 20 years as a Pilates instructor in Durham and Chapel Hill, NC, I realized that there was a growing need for a more personalized and innovative approach to fitness (see more about my work experience). My decade of experience working closely with Postural Restoration physical therapists at Advance Physical Therapy (APT) in Chapel Hill gave me the tools and knowledge to develop unique programs that blend traditional training with cutting-edge Postural Restoration techniques.

After successfully developing and leading Advance Physical Therapy's personal training and Pilates programs, I decided to open Attune Fitness in 2022 to create a space where I could bring these specialized techniques directly to clients, helping them achieve better health, movement, and overall well-being in a way that's tailored to their individual needs. Attune Fitness is my way of combining my years of expertise with a deep commitment to providing the highest quality personal training and Pilates services in a welcoming and supportive environment.
