Why I named my Personal Training & Pilates Studio:
Attune Fitness

"I picked the word “attune” for the name of my personal training and Pilates studio because of how profound an impact attunement can have on our daily lives and fitness. Attunement is the key to sensing your muscles, understanding your body's signals, and guiding you to what needs your attention. When we attune in workouts and exercise planning, this can lead to better relationships with our bodies and a better understanding of ourselves, unlocking neural pathways that open us up to inner resources. This integration of our whole self is attunement’s promise.

As part of your private sessions, you will receive session notes and copies of your workout program. This helps you to follow your workout and exercise plan between sessions. You can contact me between sessions with questions and concerns about your program anytime whether via text, phone call, or email. Maintaining continuity in your workout and exercise plan is the key to realizing your fitness goals. I am here to support your journey every step of the way—in our sessions and in between them.

Throughout our session, I continuously check in to see how you are feeling, if you have pain, if the exercises are working for you, and what level of intensity you need. In between sessions, I am an email, phone call, or text away. You can reach out at any time.

I offer training based on 25 years of experience in best-practices and the latest in exercise science. I give you up-to-date training based on biomechanics, exercise physiology, and Postural Restoration. I will collaborate with your physical therapists or other relevant health care providers as needed to ensure I support your health and healing and optimize your exercise outcomes.
